Returns, Withdrawal, Non-conformity and Warranties
piantedappartamento.shop operates in compliance with the rules governing online purchases. For perishable goods such as plants or flowers, the possibility of withdrawal is subject to specific conditions. The legal warranty follows the regulations of Italian Legislative Decree 24/2002 and EEC Directive 1999/44/EC. Any returns must be made in the original packaging, complete in all its parts.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised according to the procedures described, in compliance with the stated deadlines. The category of products excluded from the right of withdrawal is defined in the Italian Consumer Code, Art. 59.
In the event of withdrawal, piantedappartamento.shop will process the refund by bank transfer within 30 days of the withdrawal notice and after receiving the product. Shipping costs related to the return of the item are borne by the Customer.
