📦 The courier has arrived! A practical guide to stress-free unboxing

We all know the feeling: you've ordered your new green companion, you hear the doorbell, you rush to the door — and find a package that looks like it's been on a world tour.

Don't panic. Here's how to handle the arrival of your plants with total peace of mind.

Don't judge a book by its cover

Couriers work under tight schedules and packages aren't always handled with kid gloves. But here's the good news: my packaging is designed and tested to be "courier-proof".

If you see a dented box, don't worry — the inner packaging is specifically designed to protect the heart of the shipment: your plant.

One tip: never dispute the delivery and don't take it out on the delivery driver. Accept the package with confidence.

First step: photos and direct contact

If you notice visible damage on the outside, take a photo first. Then calmly open the package, free the plant and take a few more photos of the contents.

Instead of starting complicated return procedures, write to me directly. It's the fastest way — we'll assess the situation together:

  • Garden plants: a bent tip or some loose soil is often not a problem. Being fresh and robust plants, they'll explode with health once in the ground.
  • Indoor plants: here we're more particular. A broken leaf on a houseplant is noticeable — and I know it.

My promise: satisfied or refunded

I don't want you to have any worries. If the plant is truly damaged and cannot recover, we'll decide together — refund or new shipment in the most serious cases.

My goal is to see you smile when you look at your new green corner, not to have you filling in complaint forms.

Remember

The plant only needs a little light, water and your trust.

For everything else, I'm here.
