What are the shipping costs?
The price in the shop is all-inclusive. Transport, packaging and taxes are included; with us, there are no surprises at checkout. Tip: keep an eye on our bundle offers for the best deal!
How fresh are the plants?
Our plants come directly from the grower's greenhouse. Even after a few days of transport, we guarantee a freshness you won't easily find in a regular store.
What is the delivery time?
As soon as you place your order, we will get to work. Orders received in the evening will be processed the following morning. Depending on your location, delivery takes 2 to 4 business days. Luigi and our system will keep you accurately informed with updates.
What if the plant arrives damaged?
Don't worry: you are 100% covered against delays or damage caused by the courier. Contact us immediately after delivery and send a clear photo of the damage. Please note: Never refuse the package or return the plant directly. This prevents unnecessary CO₂ emissions and additional stress for the plant. We will immediately arrange a suitable solution or refund.
Can I get some advice on care?
Certainly! Luigi, the owner and expert, will personally assist you. You can contact him with questions about your new purchase, as well as for your other houseplants. Get in touch via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
Should I repot the plant immediately?
No, that is not necessary. Almost all plants are in their optimal grow pot and can stay in it for up to a year. Do you still want to repot them? Then choose a pot that is not too big and ensure good drainage.
Should I water the plant immediately?
Yes, we recommend compacting the potting soil again after the vibrations of the journey. This helps the roots make good contact with the soil again. If necessary, gently press down the soil with your hands.
What's the best way to water?
Less frequent but abundant is the secret. Water the plant (for example, in the bathroom) thoroughly until water drains from the bottom. Let it drain well before putting it back. Prevent a layer of water from remaining in the decorative pot; this is harmful to the roots.
How does a plant survive courier transport?
Thanks to our specially developed packaging. The pot is secured at the collar (the base of the stem), keeping the soil in place and protecting the plant from shocks or hanging upside down.
