Nepeta 'Grol' , also known as catnip, is a compact and profusely flowering perennial with aromatic gray-green foliage and bright blue-purple flowers. This cultivar blooms continuously from late spring into summer and is ideal for borders, edging, and group plantings, where it provides a fresh, natural look. Nepeta 'Grol' prefers a sunny location and well-drained soil, is low-maintenance, and very winter-hardy. It is also drought-tolerant and very attractive to bees and butterflies.
