Thymus praecox 'Albiflorus' is a low-growing, evergreen groundcover with fine, aromatic green foliage and pure white flowers that bloom profusely in spring and early summer. This thyme variety is ideal for rock gardens, walls, stepping stones, and sunny borders, where it forms a dense, carpet-like growth. Thymus praecox 'Albiflorus' prefers a sunny location and grows best in dry to moderately dry, well-drained soil. The plant is low-maintenance, hardy, and attractive to bees and other pollinators.
