They need more plants in their lives

A thank-you to everyone who understands, who tolerates, and who makes my day worth it.

90, maybe 95% of my customers give me something worth more than any profit: a generous review, a message of thanks, a photo of the plant thriving on their windowsill. That is the real reward for what I do.

Today I want to stop for a moment and thank them. Publicly. Sincerely.

The reality of a shipment

Everything should arrive perfect and undisturbed. I know. I wish it too. But sometimes it rains and I can't ship straight away. Sometimes the plant spends too long in transit — beyond my control. Sometimes boxes arrive damaged. Sometimes plants arrive stressed.

This is not an excuse. It's the reality of working with nature, with couriers, with weather, and with thousands of kilometres between me and you. Everything is solvable, if there's a will. And there always is, on my side.

The ones who poison the day

And then there are the few — very few — who choose a different path. Claims for damage that doesn't exist, or wildly out of proportion. A tone that serves no purpose. Actions that weigh heavily, not for the financial cost, but for the human one.

I say this without bitterness. I say it with genuine sadness. Because someone who needs to make others suffer in order to feel less alone in their own pain is truly suffering. And that stays with me.

They need more plants in their lives. Even just one small one, to soften the soul.

The real profit

You don't need millions. A smile is enough. A word of understanding is worth more than any commercial margin. You who understand, who are patient, who write "she arrived a little tired but she's doing wonderfully now" — you are the reason I keep going.

Thank you. Truly.
