MIN̮Italia Piantedappartamento distributes live plants, so it is not possible to apply the Right of Withdrawal and Returns in strict accordance with the law.

Return Procedure:

Reporting the Damage: If the plant arrives damaged, the customer must send an email to info@piantedappartamento.shop as soon as possible.
Damage Documentation: Attach clear photographs to the email showing the damage to the plant. This is essential to validate the return request.
Request Evaluation: Once the report is received, our team will assess the damage to confirm the validity of the return.
Conditions for Return:

The return request must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the plant.
The plant must be returned in its original packaging.
Refund or Replacement:

After the damage is confirmed, the customer is entitled to either a full refund or a replacement plant, depending on the customer’s preference and product availability.

Important:

Returns for reasons other than damage during transport are generally not accepted due to the nature of the plants.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for damages or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
