MIN̮Italia Piantedappartamento distributes live plants, so it is not possible to strictly apply the Right of Withdrawal and Returns.
Return Procedure:
- Damage Report: If the plant arrives damaged, the customer must send an email to info@piantedappartamento.shop as soon as possible.
- Damage Documentation: Attach clear photographs showing the damage to the plant to the email. This is essential to validate the return request.
- Request Analysis: Once the report is received, our team will assess the damage conditions to confirm the validity of the return.
Conditions for Return:
- The return request must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the plant.
- The plant must be returned in its original packaging.
Refund or Replacement:
After the damage is confirmed, the customer will be entitled to a full refund or a replacement of the plant, depending on the customer's preference and product availability.
Important:
- Returns for reasons other than damage during transport are generally not accepted due to the perishable nature of the plants.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for damages or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
