My learning process is continuous and constant because I always aim to provide better service to my customers.

I realize how essential it is to gather as much information as possible to communicate clearly and transparently, avoiding any misunderstandings. Misunderstandings, after all, are something I absolutely want to prevent to ensure they are never seen as malicious intent or, worse, a "scam."

This is why I am starting with this preamble. As you may have noticed, my shop mentions that shipments come directly from the Netherlands, straight from the grower, with delivery expected within 2-3 days to your home. Let’s take a closer look at how shipments actually work and the factors that can influence delivery times.

Understanding Delivery Times

When an order is shipped, the package typically arrives in the destination country within 1-2 days, sometimes even sooner. However, the final delivery phase can vary depending on the local distribution system: some couriers have faster, more optimized procedures, while others may take longer to reach final destinations, especially in remote areas. Generally, delivery occurs within 24 hours, but for harder-to-reach locations, it may take up to 48 hours.

There are also other important factors to consider:

  1. Optimal Shipping Times:

    • The best time to ship is at the beginning of the week. This avoids shipments being held up in courier depots over the weekend.

    • In such cases, I always make an effort to contact you personally to inform you and coordinate the best timing.

  2. Order Processing Times by the Grower:

    • For example, if the product is outdoor garden material or the plants have been recently watered, the grower will wait until they are well-drained before shipping. This prevents the box from becoming waterlogged and unusable.

    • Situations like these are not very common but can occur, especially during periods of heavy rain or when order volumes are particularly high. These extra precautions ensure the highest quality for you.
