Learning Together

Introduction
We live in an era of rapid changes and technologies that are convenient but sometimes complicated. This confronts us with our limitations, especially when it comes to online shopping. Giant platforms, often not very "friendly," make us feel more like users than people.
Two Possible Approaches
Some choose to ignore these technologies and do without them, while others try to exploit them to their advantage. I understand both options, but for those who choose the second, I want to offer a way that doesn't lose sight of humanity. Unfortunately, many large companies take advantage of our "ignorance," turning us into tools for their revenue. So, what's the solution?
My Philosophy
I have adopted a personal and unconventional approach. I don't want to use my customers, nor be used. I prefer to learn together, creating a bond based on trust, similar to what was found in old neighborhood shops. I recently experienced an example of this approach when I helped a customer complete an order with a discount they couldn't apply.
Conclusion
By learning together, we can escape algorithms and restore a human relationship in the digital world. This is my approach: using technology without losing sight of people.
